• Construction & Interior Design: Subject to site feasibility, structural estimates, approved 2D/3D drawings, and agreed milestone payments.
• Web & App Development: Subject to project specifications, feature requirements, delivery deadlines, and testing acceptance.
• Internships & Training: Subject to candidate eligibility, curriculum guidelines, attendance requirements, and successful project completion.

3. Client Responsibilities & Payments

• Clients agree to provide accurate site details, project specifications, and required approvals in a timely manner.
• All payments must be made as per the agreed milestone structure. Late payments may result in work suspension or project timeline adjustments.
• Official receipts will be issued for all payments made via authorized payment gateways or direct bank transfers to Nirekha.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, software code, architectural designs, logos, and training materials created by Nirekha are protected by intellectual property laws. Rights to custom software or structural designs are transferred to the client upon full payment clearance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nirekha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays due to force majeure, natural disasters, regulatory approval delays, or client-side delays.
