Nirekha (nirekha.in) – Transparent Guidelines
1. Service Cancellation Guidelines
Cancellation rules vary according to the service type ordered:
🏗️ Construction Work: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing prior to site mobilization or raw material purchase. Advance payments for non-procured milestones may be refunded minus admin costs.
📐 2D/3D & Interior Design: Consultation and initial draft design fees are non-refundable once architectural drafting work has begun.
💻 Web & App Development: Milestone deposits are non-refundable once software design or development work on that phase has started.
🎓 Internship & Training: Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to training start date are eligible for full refund. No refunds are issued after course access or live sessions begin.
2. Refund Processing Time
Approved refund requests will be processed and credited back to the original source payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
